Methodology for solution to problem of the Crimea sustainable development

Abstract

A problem of sustainable development of the Crimea as a complex system containing subsystems of ecologic and social origin is considered. In order to solve the problem, a set of methods is proposed on the basis of using the metric of sustainable development investigation, procedure of scenario analysis and technology forecast.
