Single retrial lossless queueing system with Erlang distribution of orbit cycle time

Abstract

A single retrial lossless queueing system with Erlang distribution of the call time on the orbit cycle is considered. An analytical model for the system of the M / M / 1 / 0 /// E2 type is developed, and an algorithm for calculation of the system performance characteristics is constructed. The results obtained are analyzed.
