Abstract

In this work, the rationality is justified for using the complex approach for methodical support development for assessing the system objects' quality and safety from the sustainable development position. The necessity was determined for applying the complex ecological assessment indicators based on the MIPS-analysis and complex systems risk characteristics for the purpose of increasing the quality of effective decision-making for risk reduction related to the environment. The algorithmic support is designed for the practical methodology implementation for assessing the complex ecological system objects state while taking into account the relationship between the state and the processes of the internal self-organization and external communication with the environment.
