Organization of work and infomatization project management in a large system of the level of a government department

Abstract

Problems of rational organization of a complex of works and informatization project management in a government department which require normative settlement are considered. A conceptual model of organization of the project with separated functions of the Customer, Developer and Supplier is proposed.
