Abstract

Tendencies, methods and construction tools of intellectual tracking and guarding videosystems for objects of importance are reviwed. Approaches to creation and usage of the figurative computer, methods of recognition of the alphanumeric information are presented as well as methods of keeping track of the objects on the basis of the intellectual system of videoobservation designed in the V.M. Glushkov Institute of Cybernetics of NAS of Ukraine.
