A technology for feature points detection based on stable edges of objects

Abstract

An efficient technology for detection of feature points based on the edges of objects is introduced. The description of software for experimental data synthesis and checking the outcomes of different methods of detection is included. An algorithm achieving the most stable outcomes and real-time performance has been created. Due to high repeatability of the suggested technology, more efficient performance of registration algorithms in general is achieved.
