Quality enhancement of testing texts uniqueness using combined image recognition system

Abstract

Besides explicit advantages regarding the search and usage of information from the Internet, the negative tendency recently came to being that some users tried to pass the information found on the Internet as their original work. To enhance substantially the percentage of the texts' uniqueness identification it is proposed to construct the database of the texts' fragments based on a combined image recognition system. The proposed technical solutions provided a possibility for enhancing the percentage of identification of the text uniqueness by approximately 54%.
