Elements to formalization of synthesis of the management infrastructure of national level

Abstract

A general methodical approach to the solution for the problem of synthesis of the system of strategic management of a complex object is offered. Basic axioms and principles are formulated. Models for the structure of the system of regulation and operation of the political management mechanism are described.
