Conceptual approach to solution for the general problem of the synthesis of the system of strategic management of dynamic object of high complexity

Abstract

An axiomatic approach is considered to the solution for the problem of synthesis (building) of free complex managerial system on the basis of using the principle of similarity of functioning the political management mechanism to the corresponding models in systems of technical and biological types as well as artificial intelligence and practicability principle. A method for sequential choice of basic concepts of synthesis of the management mechanism is offered.
