Model of attractiveness of choice and decision making

Abstract

A mathematical model of decision making with using function of attractiveness of choice is considered. It is constructed on the basis of both the integral of conservation, wich takes into account the insufficiency of resources for the ideas competition system to exist, and the integral of motion, which limits the total rate of the system. An example of modeling of decision making process in a parliament from the viewpoint of common watcher is presented.
