Abstract

A toolkit for the system analysis of diagnosing of complex engineering systems, based on duly revealing of risk situations and operative prevention of transition of normal situations into critical, extreme or emergency ones as a basis for strategy of control over risks and maintenance of guaranteed safety in the dynamics of functioning complex engineering systems is offered.
