Cryptographic protection of information as an encoding procedure

Abstract

Problems of cryptographic encryption of binary information are considered in terms of the algebraic theory of error-corrected codes. The unity of encryption/encoding procedures is shown, based on which a broad class of new algorithms of cryptoprotection can be obtained.
