Optimization criteria of enterprise labor resources conjuncture management

Abstract

During the search of a science-based method for estimation of situations that may take place at enterprises, the sequence of realization steps for administrative decisions on labor resources conjucture was determined; the situations related to the demand and supply of labor resources were separated and their ranking by the demand parameter was performed. The optimization criterion was determined. Recommendations on making administrative decisions concerning the optimal development of an enterprise are given.
