Towards statement of general problem of making a system of strategic management of dynamic high-complexity object

Abstract

The problem of synthesis of systems for management of complex social-economic-organizing objects. A conceptual system model is offered. The main conceptual elements are identified. A set of problem’s of synthesis of the system of state managements which allow using scientific and engineering methodology of the development of design decisions (formalisation, algorithmization, modeling and designing) and creating organization, information, programme, technological scientific-methodical and other aids for support of the management procedures is determined.
