ABR traffic control analysis in ATM networks using simulation model

Abstract

New method of ABR traffic control in ATM networks based on application of forecasting model, predicting the switch buffers load is suggested. The simulation model of ATM network for the university was elaborated and various simulation experiments were carried out. The efficiency of various ATM traffic control methods were analyzed.
