Abstract

Tendencies of development of new theories of natural sciences (technological, information, environmental, social, educational concepts) are generalized. Shown inherent to educational institutions of technologically advanced countries changes of the methodological component of educational process conditioned by requirements for the most fast adaptation of an expert to technological and social realities of a global information civilization.
