Scenarious analysis as system methodology of prevision

Abstract

The new approach to creating scenarios of the future events in the different spheres of the human activity with using methodogy of quality and system analysis is discussed. Such approach is used to creating big scenarios of the innovatory development of the big enterprises, separate branches of industry and development of the society technology polities. The most effective methods of the quality analysis and recommendations to their practical using are adduced.
