Abstract

On the mathematical model a synergistic effect of strengthen the result of a making decision by "team" of experts compared to the cumulative result of individual decisions of equal number of experts is shown. The known effect of the delay in making the decision and the effect of "buzz" on the problem in the form of hysteresis fluctuations, and also sudden change of decision are considered.
